Welcome to the Alabama Mortgage Professionals Association (AMPA) website! I am deeply honored and humbled to serve as your President for 2025-2026. Reflecting on the dedication and achievements of our members, I am inspired by the trust you’ve placed in me to lead this esteemed association.

As we embark on this new chapter, I am thrilled about the opportunities that lie ahead. Experts predict that mortgage rates will trend slightly downward in 2025, which could enhance housing affordability and invigorate the market. Additionally, we anticipate an increase in housing inventory, presenting more opportunities for your clients.

At AMPA, we believe that our strength lies in our community. To that end, we’re rolling out a series of exciting social events across Alabama. From Huntsville to the beautiful Gulf Coast, Birmingham to Montgomery, we’ll be hosting gatherings that blend professional development with a dash of fun. These events are designed to foster deeper connections among our members and provide opportunities to share insights and strategies.

We can’t do it alone! This is your association! You’re all invited to serve as ambassadors of AMPA, as the amazing servant-leaders that you are.   Let’s grow our network by inviting new members and securing sponsors, including Elite Industry Partners and Friends of AMPA.
